During Festiversary venture into the Brewery to experience “Hop Outside…Inside” A multimedia experience curated by musician / poet Ben Weaver.

There has never been a more crucial time to foster deep connective relationships with the outdoors. The water, trees, air, and wild country unites us no matter our similarities or differences.  

Have you ever wondered why those air fresheners, the ones that look like pine trees, never actually smell like fresh air, let alone the pine trees they depict? The only place fresh air can truly be found is in our great outdoors.

Hop Outside gives you a chance to explore organizations like the Minnesota Land Trust, Sportsmen for the Boundary Waters, Simms Fishing, SpokeNGear, and Water Bar & Public Studio. Learn about opportunities to connect with the dirt, rock, and water of the Duluth Area.  Take a Bent Paddle mini-tour with The Duluth Experience.  The Bike Press (a printing press on a bike) will be on hand to make personal “air freshener” prints...ones that will actually smell like outside. All the while enjoying a special Hop Outside infusion beer - The Sharp End – Venture Pils infused with juniper & sage - and music inspired by sleeping in the dirt, watching the river eddies, and seeking wild lines in the rock from performers Ben Weaver, Molly Maher and Mike Munson.
