A mash-up of the venerable NYC Explorers Club and some especially quirky Duluth climbing traditions. Envisioned as a monthly gathering for persons with an interest in topics of exploration and adventurous tomfoolery, accompanied and/or fueled by fine spirits! Meet and fill glasses in the deliciously appointed Vikre Tasting Room at 7pm, attend a half-hour lecture by local adventurers at 7:30, followed by more fellowship and tippling. This is not an event for climbers only, it’s for anyone who enjoys sipping cocktails while letting the mind wander down avenues of grand discovery during a story/report/tall tale about a big trip/adventure/exploration/experience.
